Character Matters

You might think, character matters, duh, I know that. The question is how and when. When you hire an employee, take on a partner, join a partnership, create a collaboration or affilation, what are the key things to look for. Many people say focus on talent. Others experience. I myself always looked for cognative learning ability. And we were all wrong! Pay attention before you 'accidentally' get pushed off the cliff and left as road-kill.

So What's Next?

We formed Incognito Worldwide as an afterthought, an entity to supplement our product development aspirations of launching some of our own digital products. When we began to be named to top lists we had to revisit the long term objectives.

How Close Are We To a Moneyless World?

Maybe not as far off as you thought.  Many of you may or may not have seen the news that Prime Minister Modi (India) last week shut the bank ATMs, and announced that all 500 and 1000 notes could no longer be used -- accepted nor given -- in any business (effective at midnight that day) and that those notes would be voided on December 31, 2016.

It seems that by human nature we tend to HAVE opinions rather then acquire them. 

When The Workload Is Overwhelming

There are those days that I wake up raring to go. For twenty years I was awake by 4 am every morning and, in my office by 7 am. These days I wake closer to 11 am, but then work until 9 pm, most days. I've been asked "Don't you get tired?" Of course I do, but more often overwhelmed.

In the article I wrote - Growing Your Business Effectively -- for Entrepreneur Magazine  about how to grow your business, I also delve into 'whether you should grow your business.' As I wrote in Get Stuff Done, many startups strategize right out of business because they don’t get stuff done. I say,
